PEF serves every TK-12 school in the Petaluma area:
• 36 public, charter and not-for-profit schools
• 12,000+ students annually benefit from PEF grants and scholarships
A total of $8,412,704 has been awarded by PEF:
• PEF Grant Program: $4,096,709 since 1983
• PEF Scholarship Program: $4,315,995 since 1990
PEF Invested & Endowed Funds total $5,149,214 (as of December 2020)
Proceeds from Alphabet Soup continue to benefit all local schools through the mission of PEF:
• Alphabet Soup Benefit Thrift Stores’ contribution to the Foundation
supports the mission to positively impact all local students.
PEF ‘s Bold Vision for the Future:
• Grow the Fund the Future Grant Endowment to $5,000,000.
• Provide $500,000 in grant awards each year to Petaluma schools.
• Expand Alphabet Soup Benefit Thrift Stores business
