For Central Government, the European Commission and other research agencies, our capability includes research, development and dissemination of new ideas, techniques and tools. For consultancies we undertake specialist transport planning, stated and revealed preference and activity based modelling. For development we help undertake transport assessments, green travel plans and section 106 agreements. We provide specialist rail consultancy to operators, track authorities, government and other organisations providing rail infrastructure and services. We help franchise bidding, develop business cases, forecast ridership and revenue, and plan new stations, railway economics and appraisals. We also undertake specialist market research for transportation.
