I run a professional mentoring and coaching practice, with clients ranging from senior executives of multi-nationals to budding young entrepreneurs. I work with my clients to deliver positive results for their organisations. I have 30 years experience of running professional services businesses, delivering major transformation programmes and managing global outsourced services. I have run divisions of larger businesses and have also been CEO of standalone entities. I am comfortable addressing difficult situations and managing the bottom line but my real strength lies in growing the top line and building effective teams. I have also been a business mentor for the Prince's Trust for the past 14 years.
