The primary aim of Peterborough Workspace is to provide low-cost, fully serviced, business premises (offices and/or workshops) and business support for new and start-up companies. An example may be a business started in someone’s home where the person or people involved may want to move to the next level but we are happy to help all types of new businesses. Established in 1991, Peterborough Workspace Limited, is a “not for profit” company. Based in Maxwell Road Peterborough the business premises are very flexible. At Workspace House have a total of 52 serviced offices and workshops of various sizes to rent. Given the right availability of units we should be able to tailor a unit’s size to suit you. As a “not for profit” company our whole focus is the growth of the businesses who occupy our offices and workshops. As a consequence we only require 28 days’ notice and our rental rates are amongst the most competitive in the area. The overall low cost package – we don’t like using the word ‘cheap’ - includes: - heating, lighting, internet and 01733 telephone line rental. In addition we provide free business support – including someone experienced on-site to use as a ‘sounding board’ - as well as workshops on business related matters. You may be surprised when we say that we are delighted when tenants leave us! However, this is usually only after they have grown into larger, flourishing, prosperous businesses whilst with us.
