PETRARCH CAPITAL ANALYTICS The corporation conducts business primarily as a consulting organization, technology and strategy specialists, and as an investor/financier, facilitator and operator of development and exploration stage companies. Petrarch provides financial, business, technical and legal support, advice or resources and/or consulting to early stage and growth opportunities. Petrarch Capital Analytics Corporations was federally incorporated as Kukulcan Diversified Corporation (“KDC”) in December of 2010 under the Canadian Business Corporations Act. Petrarch was created from purchase of assets of Manitoulin Holdings LLC (California) which operated in California from 2000 to 2010. Petrarch Capital continues to maintain a footprint in California. Through federal Articles of Amendment finalized in April 2015, the firm is now organized as Petrarch Capital Analytics Corporation; Petrarch Capital Analytics continues to directly own the domains, email and web presence of Kukulcan Diversified (KDC). It is a closely held corporation. xPetrarch and Kukulcan has completed successful, web searchable, projects in mining, software/telecom technology, real property and other industries; its team has extensive and deep experience and training in their fields. The company has primarily done business based out of California until 2013; thereafter it expanded its projects and activities internationally. Petrarch is currently developing new capital pools, accompanied by supporting business resources to both successfully launch new early stage companies and assist existing young companies in reaching the next level of growth..
