Petro-Win, headquartered in Singapore, is the overseas procurement arm for our group’s refinery, Dongying Yatong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Each of our 2 refineries comes with a 5 million tons per year crude oil refining capacity, with a comprehensive processing capacity of 10 million tons per year.
As the overseas procurement arm, Petro-Win source crude worldwide from oil majors and national oil companies/producers. Over the years, we have built up good relationships with these oil majors and producers where partnerships were forged and trust were built. Crude purchases were made where we arranged the logistics to transport the cargo to our refineries or it is delivered to our refineries. All these purchases were made by structure financing via international first class financial institutions. Along with logistics, related services such as marine cargo insurance, lost control and risk management were executed.
