EFFECT STAL PLYUS LTD (registered TM "PETROLEX") is an oil company, which focuses the production and delivery of top quality fuels to traders, gas stations and organizations trhought the Republic of Uzbekistan and the neighbouring countries. Following the completion of significant modernization efforts and implementation of a scalable digitalization through all business proccesses, PETROLEX refining capacity has been increased to 500'000 tons per year, thereby contributing to the satisfaction of the increasing demand for fuels in the rapidly growing economy of Uzbekistan.
