Petromal, the Oil and Gas Industry arm of National Holding, is an integrated Oil & Gas company focused on the Upstream and Downstream sectors while developing services to the industry through direct investment or through strategic public or private partnerships. Petromal has recently taken an interest in and is exploring renewable energy projects in the UAE and Africa. Petromal operates as three distinct business units: Exploration and Production: Petromal holds interests in producing concessions in West Africa and pursuing other operating interests in West Africa and Central Asia. Oilfield Services: Petromal is an independent service provider in UAE and MENA region. Initial focus is on fluid engineering services and rig drilling services. EPC & Contracting: Petromal, through a subsidiary, pursues projects includes Oil & Gas field development, Industrial, Civil and Marine Projects.
