Petrucco company was founded in 1911 in Cividale del Friuli-Italy, where nowadays still has its main offices for the Group. Originally created by Mr. Alvise Petrucco, who passed the company on to his son Antonio Petrucco, and subsequently to his nephew, Alvise Petrucco, the present CEO of Petrucco Group.
In 1978 the company performed its first Box Jacking works, and from then on, focused its efforts on the development of systems for the hydraulic jacking of underpasses. To date, Petrucco has successfully completed the jacking of over 1,500 works mainly in both Italy and Spain, a market that was opened in 1986.
In these years they have jacked underpasses of all dimensions, arriving at lengths of over 140 meters, with weights of 20,000 Metric Tons. Curently the Group also has a growing presence in USA, Canada, Qatar and Australia.
The main benefit Petrucco provides is the possibility of keeping the roads and rail traffics flowing as usual, without any interruption during the pushing activities underneath.
In this way, the Group can offer to General contractors, or Clients, a partner with over 30 years of experience in the jacking of underpasses and several pattented supports of the tracks; an experience that is not only offered during the actual execution of the works, but also as an instructional or consulting tool, to designer and professionals in this field during the development of such projects.
