Peyton and Byrne founded in 2005, have several restaurants throughout London, which, over the years, have been as much applauded for their architectural achievements as their gastronomic standards.
Creative director Oliver Peyton’s constant mantra is “restaurants should be about having fun”. Oliver considers the most common mistake in the restaurant business to be lack of vision, which, he feels, transfers from food to design to everything else.
The entire dining experience is essential to us as a company, that we create a great room, a great atmosphere, and then let the customers enjoy themselves. Over the years Peyton and Byrne has expanded organically and now operates premium public catering contracts at landmark visitor attractions across London.
