The Parent-friendly Label (PFL) is a voluntary award program for UAE organizations which encourages greater parent-friendly workplace policy adoption with the goal of creating beneficial outcomes for families, society and business. It is free to apply and organizations are given the opportunity to go on a learning journey. Those that meet the criteria successfully are awarded the Label. The PFL is overseen by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA).
