Proactive FQHC is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the mission of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) through proactive community engagement, preventative care initiatives, and public advocacy. We work at the intersection of healthcare and policy—empowering underserved communities with access to essential screenings, telehealth solutions, and education. Our mission is to drive health equity by promoting early detection, improving access to quality care, and advocating for sustainable policy change. Through strategic partnerships, data-driven outreach, and legislative collaboration, we support FQHCs in expanding their impact across the nation.
