PHAD is a non-profit organization based in Vietnam. The Institute of Population, Health and Development (PHAD) believes that everyone deserves to live in a healthy physical and socioeconomic environment and to have good health. PHAD is an interdisciplinary institute with the goal of understanding and improving the health equity of human populations, especially women and other disadvantaged groups, through research, training and interventions in order to protect fundamental human rights of health and wellbeing . PHAD is a non-profit technological and scientific organization and a member of the Vietnam Union of Scientific and Technology Association (VUSTA). PHAD values working partnership and strives to provide independent, objective, evidence-based advice to policymakers, health professionals, the private sector and the public.
