Founded in 2002 as a strategic spin-off from the collaborated biotech effort of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Industrial Technology Research Institute. Headquartered in Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park, the group has established subsidiaries in San Diego, United States and China to carry out the distribution and technical services in the corresponding areas.
