It was founded in 1995 as an exclusive Croatian distributor for Abbott Laboratories. When Abbott Laboratories established its own regional office, Pharmamed used its knowledge, experience and contacts to develop business independently.
Pharmamed has became a leading supplier in anesthesia, critical and intensive care areas with a broad portfolio of products for airway management, patient monitoring, vascular access, pain management, infusion, safety devices, drainage systems and temperature management.
