The Pharmapreneur Academy equips pharmacists with the necessary tools to own their own pharmacy consulting business. Blair Thielemier, PharmD, is an MTM and business management consultant pharmacist specializing in pharmacy billing models. Blair is passionate about the advancement of the profession of pharmacy and believes the shift to a value-based healthcare model is an opportunity for pharmacy to play a bigger role in the system. She believes this shift will change the face of our profession drastically in the next 20 years and wants to help her colleagues prepare and adapt to those changes.
