This corporate was founded by pharmacy students with one vision aim to build the mentality of development of pharmacy students and graduates, seeking to improve the quality of the new generations of employees, through Producing qualified pharmacists from our programs and fulfilling the gap between the market needs and the academic level by fulfilling their needs with company's support. PharmaXplorer from its name is a solution for fresh graduates and students today, they have a problem with an unknown job, and if the job is known the skills are missed. So pharmaXplorer working on 5 main pillars: 1) Field Xplore: Almost pharmacy students and fresh graduates today have the same question about the field, passionate with. So, our role is presenting the fields available in the pharmaceutical market or career shifting by experts of these jobs. 2) Self Xplore: One of the main reasons of the problem (unknow job) is lack of self-awareness like self-skills as career coaching aspect. 3) Skill Xplore: After knowing the field, should improve the skills needed for the certain job. This pillar will be fulfilled by the development camp will be established by pharmaXplorer. 4) Intern Xplore: sharing internships opportunities and seeking to offer a special internship for our program's attendees. 5) Corporate Xplore: The main problem is a lack of awareness of the pharmaceutical market. This pillar will be fulfilled by continuous posts on our official social media page about the pharmaceutical companies' basic information and talks of the companies about its legacy and its products.
