One of the biggest challenges for clinicians entering health tech is the lack of formal technical experience. This platform aims to bridge that gap by offering roles that align with their domain expertise. - a pathfinder tool: designed to address a challenge I personally faced during my career transition: "I have all these skills, but I don’t know what roles they align with." With pathfinder, users can select from a menu of skills (ie. clinical workflow expert, scientific writing, clinical documentation, etc.) and receive a tailored list of relevant role titles (ie. clinical product manager, regulatory affairs specialist, clinical solutions specialist), respectively, along with open job postings and continuing education resources to help bridge the gap. - a real-time job post reel - a blog: writings on my experience with career transitioning into tech, and tips to get you there. - a FAQ section: I get many messages with similar questions (ie. how did I become a software engineer, do you have bootcamp recommendations, etc), and I will post the answers here!
