Pharo Consulting is a boutique change management firm that guides organizations, based in Europe, through change processes by bringing clarity to the cultural aspect of change.
Pharo Consulting was founded in 2012 and it is an initiative of mine: Nikita Udhwani.
The word “pharo” or faro signifies lighthouse in many languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese and Greek, and it is a symbol of the approach embedded in my consulting approach.
Just like a lighthouse, I aim to shine light and help organizations navigate through their environment. From my multicultural upbringing and educational background, I provide insights into the people side of change, which encourages my clients to step back from their surroundings, (re) examine their change process and consider their position. From there on, just like a ship’s captain, a way forward is determined and the ship sails for the horizon.
