PHASE was formed initially to manage and operate properties owned by an affiliated Georgia-based not-for-profit. As time passed, it became increasingly evident that there was a growing need for responsible, resourceful, and responsive property management for other not-for-profit groups as well as other property owners. As such, we decided to offer our services to a select group of clients.
At PHASE, our management philosophy is simple – serve and protect the interests of each community and its residents, while preserving and enhancing the value of each property by remaining fiscally responsible on behalf of the Owner. We establish a strong rapport with our clients by maintaining on-going dialogue, educating them regarding the regulatory challenges of their properties – all while understanding their long-term asset management objectives. We work in partnership with HUD and other regulatory bodies to ensure we meet these objectives on behalf of each Owner.
PHASE employs a corporate support staff that is an integral component to the success of our operations and the success of each property; working closely with executive leadership, regional managers, front-line on-site managers as well as industry partners. By providing state-of-the-art accounting and property management systems, offering full-range reporting and analysis, and leveraging our corporate resources and partnerships, PHASE is prepared to provide and deliver these services to your apartment community.
