Phase Magazine

Phase is a London and Paris-based magazine and collective highlighting the talent of young, emerging artists and writers, most of whom are unpublished and undiscovered. Rather than established writers critiquing new artists, or young writers covering established artists, Phase provides a unique encounter between emerging creatives at the early stages of their craft. Our editorial team is comprised of artists, writers, and photographers. We were inspired to collect critical and creative pieces written by our contemporaries spanning art, culture, music, photography, politics, poetry and cinema. As the project expanded, our aspirations grew and eventually, we arrived at the magazine format. We designed it around a commitment to giving visibility to up-and-coming, underground talents and bringing them together to form a radical, inclusive and flourishing artistic community.
