We started the Phat brand with our quirky Phat Pasty Vans. With national awards and accolades we developed a range of Food Service products and these were launched in October 2010 to sell to operators looking for branded savoury pasties using our branding, POS and branded equipment solutions. Working with National and Regional wholesalers (3663 etc), we have built the brand to supply both large national accounts and smaller independent businesses with our Phat ranges. The ranges include : Phat Wrapped Pasties (in unique cook-in-pack packaging), Phat Naked (artisan traditional handmade Cornish Pasties) and NEW Phat Pies (artisan, individual baked / frozen pie range). We also have other 'non savoury pastry products' with an Eat Me Hot range of microwavable bread based items in patented cook-in-pack packaging and Phat Porridge, available in food service as an 'add hot water' 65g pot. Phat porridge is made from 100% Scottish Oats with a touch of Demerara sugar. Phat products are sold throughout Universities, Colleges, B&I restaurants, coffee shops, theme parks, stadia, travel & leisure, pubs, hotels and independent operators across the UK. In 2012 we added to our "Phat Food Co" range a Mozzarella & Tomato Panini now the No 1 seller, buy on board with Thomson Airlines. 2013 has seen us re-launch the Phat Wrapped pasty range, now Made in Cornwall and 10% larger format. We have also launched a range of Premium individual, baked,/frozen Pies. These each have a Phat logo embossed on the lid of the pie and come in 5 great flavours. These are ideal for a range of operators as just a handheld pie or as part of a 'Pie, Mash & Gravy' offer Our expertise is both in developing high quality 'grab & go' products, but also in the brand support and concept development to allow operators to leverage the Phat brand within their operations, offering their customers a quality, branded offer.
