From 1997, PhConsult has built up a know-how for ‘learning in action’ experience. Those program are build up for companies who wants to: - Prepare teams for new challenges, - Integrate new people, - Improve management techniques, - Solve communication and team spirit issues, - Create a link between generations, - Intermingle different cultures. Active pedagogy LEARNING IN ACTION: Those programs are made out of outdoor activities that are designed to bring into light participant’s behaviors while working in teams. It is also a very effective tool to address inter cultural or intergenerational issues Those programs allow each participant to question, experiment and learn : - Key behaviors for successful, effective teamwork , - How to apply them immediately in the workplace .
