A two-year predoctoral fellowship program in Economics, focused on mentoring students who want to advance to PhD studies and who bring new research perspectives to the profession. Supported by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, Initiative fellows receive their appointments at Stanford Graduate School of Business and are mentored by Dr. Peter Blair Henry, who is Class of 1984 Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Senior Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute, and Dean Emeritus of NYU Stern School of Business.
