L’association PhDOOC lance le premier MOOC à destination des doctorants et des docteurs de toutes disciplines. Cette formation gratuite et en ligne leur permettra de préparer leur poursuite de carrière grâce à des ressources, des activités collaboratives et des échanges entre participants.
Ce dispositif vise à faire réfléchir les doctorants et les docteurs sur leurs compétences, leur projet professionnel et la démarche de recherche d’emploi. L’objectif est également de favoriser les interactions entre les acteurs du secteur académique et le monde professionnel.
The MOOC “PhD and Career Development” is a unique Massive Open Online Course for PhD students/candidates and PhD graduates from all disciplines. This course is designed and run by PhDOOC, a French association of PhD candidates and graduates.
The training is based on peers working together to jointly compile and share knowledge and resources (all MOOCers receive guidance to create shared documents using digital tools). This encourages participants to talk with and help one another, and thus expand their professional network. The MOOC also enables learners to identify and build their skills portfolio, and define their individual career plan.
