Our mission is “to provide a productive training system that uses strucutured scientific principles for all clients in a fun, safe and intense enviornment. Our cuttting edge system in our 15,900 sq. ft. facility has provided services to aspire high school and collegiate athletes, youth athletes, special needs kids, coaches and fitness enthusiasts. Lemar “Catfish” Marshall Co-Founder of Phenom Strength and Conditioning and 7 year NFL Veteran has partnered with Adrian Noorestani to develop a complete and inspiring system to assist in the development of healthy active individuals and athletes. The principles of training consist of several key points that reflect the nature of Phenom.
