•In charge of rewriting bylaws and working with UCLA and Phi Sigma Rho on a national level. •Organize and lead Standards Board—assessing fines, inactive statuses, absences, and probation; oversee risk management committee; preside over weekly meetings in President’s absence. •Plan large scale events including quarterly retreats and career nights. •Developed conflict resolution skills as position requires mediation of interior and sensitive problems.
