We are a small, client focused, design orientated, architectural studio based in Milnathort, Kinross-shire. Ideally located between Perth & Edinburgh we can provide architectural services to clients throughout Scotland but currently work mainly in Perth & Kinross, Fife and the Lothians. The studio was established in 2009 based on Phil’s 25 years in architectural practice and his experience in a wide range of different building types, sizes, constructions and procurement methods. We offer a wide range of services from site appraisal through design, planning & building warrant applications, tender and contract administration. Current and past projects include a number of ‘one off’ houses, conversions, domestic extensions and alterations as well as community projects. We hold professional indemnity insurance, membership of all relevant professional bodies including ARB, RIBA & RIAS and attend regular CPD events to ensure that our knowledge is up to date.
