To create an inclusive and equitable economy
We are pursuing this mission by creating an open-source, AI-enabled online jobs marketplace for employers looking to increase diversity and inclusion in their workforce. We partner with service providers including workforce development agencies, government and nonprofits to vet candidates who post their resumes on PhiLance, so employers are assured of getting qualified job applicants from a diverse and inclusive pool.
