Phileas Conseil is a consulting firm in Human Resources, created by Thierry Philippon in 1997, after being an associate/creator of a HR national firm. In July 2016, willing to pass on his expertise acquired during all these years, Thierry Philippon gave its shares to two of his consultants, Pascal Jouannet and Marlène Roumégous-Coulomb, now associated managers. More than 20 years of experience in consulting and recruitment, a seasoned team trained to every type of HR mission ensure a relevant expertise and an appropriate answer whatever the HR problematic is.
