Philanthropic Visions Mission Driven Fund Raising Strategies Our Approach: Fulfilling any non-profit’s mission requires the plan, personnel, and intention to meet immediate budgetary needs. To sustain that mission for the future requires an integrated mix of organizational strategies. Our methodology focuses on strengthening existing infrastructure and organizational culture, training the fundraising team, developing an activist board of officers and directors and developing and effective fund-raising program. We identify and integrate proven fundraising techniques as part of an integrated annual, major gift, endowment and planned giving fundraising strategy appropriate for the organization's stage of maturity.The ultimate objective is to establish a sound foundation for sustainability in mission and growth Who We Are: We are a team of seasoned and skilled professionals brought together on a project by project basis as needed by the charity. We are lead by Principal Advisor, Steven L. Schwartz. Steven who, as for 6 years, lead FIU’s Estate and Planned Giving Division. Steve was responsible for establishing the University’s first “EPG” program and during his year tenure with FIU, raised $50+ Million in donor philanthropic investments. Our Mission: We educate and advise non-profits on strategies to empower them in becoming self-sustaining, mission-driven organizations. We accomplish this by assessment, design, and implementation of integrated fundraising strategies as well as board development and donor cultivation and solicitation. We work with donors and their professional advisors to assess philanthropic opportunities that match donor-centric charities to donor personal and philanthropic goals.
