That support was transformational. The coach gave me clarity, challenged my blind spots, and helped me unpack limiting beliefs I didn’t know were holding me back. But when I officially stepped into the leadership role, the game changed completely. Suddenly it wasn’t about my own performance, but about aligning people, building systems, and managing pressure from above and below. The dynamic shifted. The stakes grew. And the tools I got through coaching made all the difference in how I led through that shift, not just surviving it, but growing into it.
