Son histoire il choisit de la créer au gré de ses origines Bretonnes, voyages, rencontres et faire partager son art en ayant pour unique ligne de conduite : « Suivre sans cesse son instinct. »
Visionnaire déjà, il se voue une prédilection pour le chocolat noir. Cela fait 20 ans que son laboratoire exclusivement artisanal situé à Carouge offre aux habitants et visiteurs de la boutique des effluves de chocolats. Au fil des années entres distinctions et récompenses, d’autres boutiques ouvrent leur porte et ses produits voyagent dans le monde entier.
