Philippine International Taekwondo Federation

The Philippine International Taekwondo Federation (Philippine ITF) is the official Philippine representative of the ITF Union. The Philippine ITF was founded by the late Grandmaster Juanito “Johnny” M. Arsol Sr. It began in the late 60s as the Philippine Taekwon-Do Jidokwan Association, then transitioned into Philippine ITF in the 90s. It was the only organization who carried and taught ITF Taekwon-Do, during a time when most Taekwondo schools and instructors have already aligned and transitioned to WTF/PTA. The Philippine ITF actively organises professional seminars and workshops as well as major tournaments on an annual basis. In addition we are a member of the International Taekwon-Do Federation Union which organises World, Asian and Regional Championships as well as International Instructor and Referee Courses. Our Chairman is Master Juanito Arsol (8th Degree Black Belt) who is a world renowned exponent of Taekwon-Do and is also President for the Asia region in the ITF UNION.
