In order to provide both, for safety and regulatory reasons, such a combined company must be owned by an architect who oversees all architectural aspects of a project. In 2011 after seven years of working together in separate companies, architect Joseph L. Walker III, AIA, and developer Hans Kretschman, have decided to combine companies to form this new company.
