Phloem - Bahaaeldin Abdelzaher & Co. (Ex. El-Dawlia for Contracting) is an Egyptian engineering and construction contractor founded in 1999 with a primary focus on infrastructure. We specialise in water and wastewater treatment through a wide range of projects whilst employing +500 administrators and engineers over a range of projects including civil and electromechanical works Apart from construction, supply, fitting and testing of equipment prior to handing over Turn-Key projects in optimum working conditions and as tendered. We are responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of +22 facilities in the 6th of October Area, serving +5 million citizens. Phloem also operates and maintains facilities in New Cairo, Badr City and Sadat City. Having been awarded projects by the Egyptian ministry of Housing and Construction Authority for Portable water. As well as projects in East Delta funded by the World Bank and Egyptian Swiss Development fund; our goal throughout our range of projects has always been delivery and safe disposal of water all over Egypt.
