PHNX is an Aparthotel operator with its flagship property in Hamburg. Further buildings are expected to be opened across Europe. We cater primarily to Millennials travelling or working abroad. All of our accommodations offer all-inclusive rents, which comprise fast internet, fully equipped apartments down to the bed sheet and towel. All you need to bring is yourself and your personal belongings and you are good to go. Each property has an onsite community manager who will help residents to settle in. There is a very strong focus on creating a community with weekly events. Each location has it’s own restaurant/bar area as well as coworking space. Short Stay and Long Stay rates available.
