Our featured menu offers something for everyone. Drawing on our rural Vietnamese background, we've created 10 unique dishes that you won't find anywhere else in Ontario, all prepared using fresh, traditional ingredients. Many of our specials can be customized with your choice of meat to reflect the regional variations of these dishes available in Vietnam – giving you the opportunity to experience truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. In addition to our signature Hot Stone Pho, we offer other hearty cold-weather favourites like Bun Bo Hue (beef soup) and Banh Da Cua Hai Phong (rice noodle soup with fish cake, ground pork, and crab meat). Our lighter dishes – which are ideal for lunch – include Bun Oc (snail noodle soup), Bun Dau Mam Tom (deep fried tofu with pork or squid on vermicelli), Bun Cha (rice noodle soup with fried fish), and Mi Quang (rice noodles topped with shrimp, pork, and vegetables).
