Phoebus is the Latin name for the God of the Sun. True to our name, we believe that every person has a unique light, a special potential. Phoebus coaching will bring out your potential and and transform it into something that is of value in your working and personal life. Phoebus Coaching was founded by Simone Douani and Anna Elena Pepe, Transformational coaches qualified by the ICF certified Animas Centre for Coaching. Simone and Anna are also trained professional actors who have worked in the corporate sector as trainers and facilitators for many years. They have developed a high level of experience working with large and small organisations and delivering international programmes for clients such as: Kraft Foods, Visa, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Triumph, Deloitte and many others both in their native Italian and in the English language. They have decided to put their knowledge together founding Phoebus Coaching, an innovative company that merges coaching skills with communication techniques.
