Phoenics Electronics is a fully franchised, demand creation, technical supportive, stocking distributor of semiconductor and board level solutions. Our business model is an alternative to the approach currently implemented by the few remaining distribution companies. We believe that being supplier and customer-centric helps us to drive priorities; that depth of supplier knowledge yields customer confidence and faster time to market; and that a premiere customer service experience fosters supplier and distributor loyalty.
The Phoenics model is focused upon:
Growing a supplier ecosystem which has a limited number of complementary solutions
Offering centralized Application Engineer technical expertise to complement the Supplier’s FAE infrastructure, supporting engineering development and expediting time to revenue
Maintaining an easy to work with inside and outside sales, operations and e-commerce team for a premier customer service experience. We focus on
stocking and pipelining products to ensure seamless transition from samples through production even when supply is limited.
