Welcome to Phoenix Abbey. We are a residential childcare provider dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing home for children and young people, with a focus on supporting young people who have experienced trauma and those with disabilities. At our organisation, we understand the unique needs of children who have experienced trauma and are dedicated to providing a supportive and understanding environment. Our team is trained in trauma-informed care and works closely with families to provide personalised care for each child. Child protection is of the utmost importance to us. We have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all of the children in our care. Our team undergoes regular training on child protection and we work closely with local authorities and partner agencies and regulators to ensure that we are meeting all necessary guidelines and legislation. We prioritise play and education, and offer a variety of age-appropriate activities and lessons to encourage learning and development. We are committed to supporting young people on their journey towards healing and growth.
