Mission Statement & Vision Phoenix Dispute Solutions Ltd (PDSL) is operational across four continents and over a dozen jurisdictions as a provider of ADR training and education. We believe that the future of dispute resolution should belong to ADR, so that more conflicts are resolved and less costs are incurred. Our focus is therefore on training the next generation of ADR practitioners whether they be lawyers, HR managers, engineers, finance professionals or belong to any other field. We comply with local, national and international training requirements in several jurisdictions and are approved by the Civil Mediation Council, International Mediation Institute, the New York Unified Courts System and the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme (Australia) among others. PDSL's own mediation accreditation represents the highest quality benchmark where mediation training and services are concerned. Through our state of the art training and thought leadership, we intend to become the go-to organisation for ADR in the world. We aim to be a nerve centre for dispute resolution, thought leadership, seminars and training as well as various other initiatives that contribute to the expansion of ADR worldwide.
