Phoenix Emergency Response Solutions (PERS)

Phoenix Emergency Response Solutions (PERS) are an Accredited training Centre for Qualsafe awards and a member of the Fire Protection Association (FPA). We provide a professional training and consultancy service to small and start-up businesses, with over 40 years experience in the industry. We work with small business owners and start-up companies to clarify what health, safety and fire regulations they must comply with. PERS informs them which courses they will require, who in the organisation needs to be certified and what support resources need to be held onsite. We provide all the essential accredited and awareness training and education for their staff. During 2016/17 it's estimated that 609,000 employees were injured in Britain, meaning the demand for Health and Safety regulations at work is becoming increasingly more of a requirement, making it overwhelming for new and small businesses to stay compliant. This is where PERS work alongside these businesses as they grow and offer continual support.
