Our mission is to lead, mobilize and engage young professionals in service that drives social change using their expertise in strategy, project management, communication, intelligence, technology and design. Most organizations tackling social problems don’t have access to the professional resources or actionable intelligence they need to succeed. Without this talent, few are able to have their intended impact on critical issues facing our communities. Phoenix Idea Lab is a nonprofit organization that makes business talent available to organizations working to improve society through both pro bono and contracted service agreements. We provide a reliable, high-quality, cost-effective, scalable resource base for organizations and cross sector collaborations ON DEMAND in 6 key areas: Strategy, Project Management, Communication, Intelligence, Technology and Design.
