Phoenix Learning & Care Group was established in 2006, based in Devon with an expanding portfolio of innovative and quality focused services throughout the South of England and Wales. We provide a range of services for people with differing needs and work to give every individual the chance to flourish. Supporting individuals with specialist social or educational needs, we have quickly grown to be a well-respected provider of services and continue to grow with new and innovative care and education solutions for children and young adults. The key areas of focus are: 1. Specialist schools providing education to young people with SEMH needs or LD/autism from ages 11 to 16. 2. Independent Specialist Residential Colleges providing bespoke education to young adults with learning disabilities and autism from ages 16 to 25. 3. Residential Children’s homes for children with social, emotional and mental health needs. 4. Supported living and residential care for young adults.
