Phoenix Management Consulting Group (PMCG) is founded in response to the successful restructuring of the Phoenix GBA®™ delivering independent management consultancy focused on the initiation, facilitation and completion of transactions. Our team have gained so much knowledge and experience from mastering in managing sustainable growth of 50+ portfolio & affiliate companies collectively having more than USD 300 million revenues, that we decided to make this extensive expertise available to other companies. Two of the Phoenix GBA®™ advisors formed our initial team starting from a small office in East London, England. Our team have grown rapidly over a period from humble beginnings to become an international management consulting group serving clientele across USA, Brazil, UAE, Qatar, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. We are a team of 70+ management consultants available on-demand, many of whom are senior management professionals and successful entrepreneurs themselves. We help our clientele put optimum growth strategies into operations alongside emphasis on lean transformation for growing businesses exponentially. Our team have extensive experience in managing across AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC & ANZ regions where they have been living and working for decades and holds influential contacts in local governments, compliance authorities and statutory organisations for enriching our clientele operations.
