Phoenix Spree Deutschland (www.phoenixspree.com) is an investment company founded in 2007 and listed on the London Stock Exchange. It offers shareholders exposure to the Berlin residential market. Over the past thirteen years, the Company has assembled an attractive portfolio of real estate assets which the Directors believe offers investors the potential for both reliable income as well as capital growth. It has an experienced non-executive Board chaired by Robert Hingley. Phoenix Spree has been supported by Property Advisor PMM Group since its inception. PMM has a wealth of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment funds and capital markets. It advises on the management activities in relation to the real estate assets in the Portfolio, which include: - advice on acquisitions and disposals; - preparation of business plans; - supervision of property renovations; - initiation of bank finance; - review of tenant selection; and - oversight of property managers. PMM has offices in London and Berlin and Jörg Schwagenscheidt, previously Chief Operating Officer and Board member of GSW Immobilien, Berlin’s largest residential property company, was appointed Chief Executive of PMM Partners Germany GmbH in June 2015.
