PhoneBeam is een innovatief bedrijf opgericht door een divers team van jonge ondernemers met een passie voor duurzaamheid en veiligheid. Ons managementteam, bestaande uit Roel van Diepen (CEO), Mats Vreeker (CSO), Erik Pankras (CMO), Tidde van Assema (CFO), en Dan Schutte (CPO), heeft verschillende achtergronden en vaardigheden die samenkomen om PhoneBeam te leiden.
Het idee achter PhoneBeam is ontstaan uit de stijging van fietsongelukken in Nederland, deels door telefoongebruik tijdens het fietsen en gebrekkige fietsverlichting. Als antwoord hebben we PhoneBeam ontwikkeld, duurzame fietsverlichting op basis van hergebruikt glasvezel, aangestuurd door de flitser van je telefoon.
Onze duurzaamheidsparagraaf benadrukt het gebruik van gerecyclede materialen, zoals glasvezelkabels, trechters van PLA (biologisch afbreekbaar), en gerecycled plastic voor lenzen. We onderzoeken ook mogelijkheden om glasvezelkabels van restafval te gebruiken.
PhoneBeam's missie is het voorkomen van fietsongevallen door altijd zichtbare fietsverlichting te bieden, waardoor de politie minder boetes hoeft uit te delen. Onze visie is het verbeteren van de veiligheid op de weg en het verminderen van de werkdruk voor de politie.
PhoneBeam is niet alleen een product; het is een beweging naar duurzaamheid, veiligheid, en innovatie in fietsverlichting.
