Wouter Jansen discovered photography during his studies in Utrecht. After the Academy of Photography in Haarlem he gained experience as an Assistant Photographer for various renowned photographers. Curiosity is his main motive. Caution his strongest weapon. Making the right portrait is an extraordinary and intimate affair. Wouter Jansen wants to explore the unknown world underneath the surface. He will do anything to gain the trust of the one he portrays.
