The PHP User Group of the State of Santa Catarina (PHPSC) is a public entity founded by
professionals in the IT area in 2007, which has among its participants: entrepreneurs, teachers, professional developers , students, and technology enthusiasts. Its purpose is to promote the use of PHP technology in throughout the state of Santa Catarina. In addition to fostering discussions about best practices in software development, testing and quality in the development of systems. Other specific action objectives of the group include:
